Scratch Baker - #9482252

What you’ll do:

• Prepares baked goods and doughnuts, many from scratch recipes


• Trains other associates as needed


• Operates bakery department equipment


• Assists customers and delivers premier customer service


• Dynamically sells product


• Responds to customers’ questions and provides them with information needed to make product-related decisions


• Loads and unloads large baking ovens


• Maintains Publix's high standards for product freshness and sanitation


• Reads and understands recipes and


• Assists in other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Retail or commercial experience as a professional baker.


• At least 18 years of age.


• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service.


• Ability to follow instructions and multi-task in a busy, retail grocery environment.
