This position Business Resilience & Security Program Specialist is for a seasoned professional specializing in business resiliency.



Primary Responsibilities:



  • Defines standard elements of site-level Business Continuity Plan (BCP).


  • Provides standard templates for Business Impacts Analysis (BIA) and BCP's.


  • Determines critical locations via analysis of critical factors.


  • Provides BCP training to all sites.


  • Oversight of Business Continuity Plans


  • Site-level drills/table top exercises.


  • Notification and escalations framework.


  • Identifies cost reduction and process improvement opportunities to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.


  • Will require 25% travel annually.




Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience.


  • OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.


  • OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.


  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with across all levels of the organization.


  • Strong organizational skill set.


  • Advanced MS Excel and spreadsheet skills.


  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.


  • Computer skills including Microsoft suite of programs.

The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 152,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
