What do you get to do in this position?
  • Build a brand-new training department for the Global Client Management teams following the three Es of the Schneider Electric Learning Model (Experience, Exposure, Education)
  • Obtain an understanding of the energy industry, client requirements and deliverables, current procedures across teams, existing training resources and understand Client Management processes and procedures. Utilize this information to identify best practices and opportunities for standardization, centralization, and efficiencies to be cascaded across Client Management teams
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams across Client Management and the business to understand priorities of training development and execution
  • Create a training and onboarding plan for new employees within Client Management
  • Collaborate with various departments across ESS including Sales and Operations to ensure training increases collaboration and efficiencies
  • Create or coordinate existing specialized training depending on client needs and contracts
  • Implement ongoing training opportunities for all levels of Client Management, including back office, customer support and customer facing and upsells
  • Communicate established processes and training methods effectively across teams and departments to maintain consistency, accuracy, and reduction of re-work
  • Once created, proactively review and update training resources to keep current with processes and client needs
  • Communicate with managers to identify training needs and map out development plans for teams and individuals
  • Work with the Global Client Management Best Practices Team to evaluate, expand, and keep current the content available for our Client Management Team

This job might be for you if:
  • 3+ years of related work experience, specifically creating and implementing training and learning opportunities
  • Familiarity with Client Management, Account Management and/or Customer support
  • Leadership skills
  • Understand different Learning Styles, Training Methods, Techniques, and incorporate into final course design to accelerate learning and increase success with different type of learners
  • Excellent Project Management, Time Management, Public Speaking Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Prioritization skills, and both Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Word Processing, Presentation Software, and managing both Virtual and In-Person Training Sessions
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor and able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
