The Community Relations Liaison implements the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing the highest level of customer service to assigned referral sources.
- Maintain in-depth understanding of clinical programs, service offerings, and locations.
Work collaboratively with clinical and management team on business development, strategic relationships, and outreach opportunities with the community.
Build new relationships with addiction and mental health providers, advocates, facilities, and organizations.
Ensure relationships are mutually beneficial, that they lead to a referral-centered relationship when appropriate and be the point of initial contact for prospective community partners.
Strengthen preexisting relationships between CleanSlate and other providers, advocates, facilities, and organizations, and ensuring efficient referral pathways.
Ensures a personal understanding of the players and resources within the community and those entering it.
Identify opportunities, (e.g., speaking events, clinical tours, clinical meetings, conferences, etc.) for CleanSlate to position itself as a subject matter expert and present said opportunities to local CleanSlate dyad leadership teams.
Manage a forward calendar of at least 3 weeks of scheduled meetings and events with community partners and team members.
Manage Community Outreach budget, creating analysis for Return on Investment when allocating funds to community outreach opportunities
Education: A Bachelors Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of behavioral health and Substance Use Disorder treatment principles, preferred.
Licensure: Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Must be able to retain automobile liability insurance at the minimum level required by state law.
Additional Requirements: Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
