Responsibilities:
  • Organize meetings and conferences on and off site. Manage the ordering of office related supplies and catering needs
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings. Create and process expense reports.

  • Assist in administrative support and duties as needed

  • Manages executive staff’s outlook calendars and independently schedules appointments
  • Supports employee engagement events ; coordination, facilitation

  • Supports new hire orientation and onboarding

  • Assists with special projects
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and proactively prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail.

  • Proven ability exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information while demonstrating the highest level of customer/client service and response.

  • High level of initiative and ability to plan ahead, actively seeking opportunities and proposing solutions.

  • A fast learner with an eye for continuous improvement and efficiency

  • Lead and participate in employee engagement and community involvement events

Qualifications:
  • Experience and interest in internal communications – newsletters / landing pages / … and an ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.

  • Ability to work and excel with minimal supervision and oversight. Ability to thrive within ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including current platforms.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, desktop publishing software, Zoom, LinkedIn, presentation technologies, and spreadsheets.
