FOR PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION
This notice is provided in connection with the anticipated filing of an application for permanent alien labor certification for the job opportunity described below in compliance with 20 CFR §656.10(d) and will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application. Any person may provide documentary evidence bearing on the application to the Certifying Officer of the Department of Labor located at U.S. D.O.L./E.T.A., Atlanta National Processing Center, Harris Tower, 233 Peachtree Street, N.E., Suite 410, Atlanta, GA 30303.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, delivery, and support of custom Web software applications. Participate in design sessions to evaluate user requests and work out technical implementations. Administer efficient and effective applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements. Provide technical support for user issues. Troubleshoot problems and take corrective action. Develop applications that are proof-of-concept that showcase the capabilities of the application and provide creative solutions.
RATE OF PAY: $92,082 per year. The employer will meet or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus two years of experience in software engineering or development or a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus five years of progressive experience in software engineering or development. Must have experience with or knowledge of: design patterns; web standards; C#; web development; Microsoft .NET stack; MVC; ASP.NET; Web Services (XML, SOAP or WCF); Oracle (SQL or PLSQL); LINQ; Entity Framework; SOA; MVVM; REST; Typescript or Angular.
