Customer Service is a growing department part of Edge Pest Control in the Orem, Utah area. We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to join our team. This position involves fielding customer service calls for Edge Pest Control and Lawn Care. This is not a sales position. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company with a great culture and atmosphere.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests (Scheduling, billing inquiries, service concerns, general questions).
- Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of EDGE products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers.
- Satisfy the specific needs of customers with a high level of professionalism and integrity as you provide world-class service in “The Edge Way”.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer/typing skills
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Effective team player
- Spanish speaking a plus
