The Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing our internal communications and recruitment marketing strategies and materials. Partners closely with key stakeholders across HR and the broader Marketing teams to help create a strong employer brand through internal and external communications, drawing top talent and building an enduring employer brand and culture. The Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Specialist has a proven track record in building and implementing programs that engage, inform, and motivate a rapidly growing and dispersed/remote workforce. The Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Communicationsand sit on the Corporate Marketing team.
Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants and support the employee experience
Develop and support internal and external communications strategies to reinforce our employer brand
In collaboration with the broader Communications team, plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
Oversee and maintain company's career site and develop compelling content
Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching key audiences
Collaborate with the recruiting team to design and plan recruiting events
Generate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
Track, measure, and report on campaign results and key recruitment marketing metrics
Communicate regularly with HR and business unit stakeholders to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals
Develop new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
Help support broader corporate marketing projects and campaign coordination as needed

Education and Experience:
2-5 years of experience in Marketing with previous experience in Recruitment Marketing; clinical recruiting experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
Experience supporting internal communications strategy
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
Experience developing social media campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent is preferred
Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., picking up and computer / laptops) may be required.
Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, laptop, and mobile devices).
- Some overnight business travel may be required.
